OUR TRUSTEES
C.L.Gowda
CHAIRMAN
C.L.Gowda is the backbone of the Foundation. He has gained a prominent position in society, particularly within his community because of his strong will power, caliber, conviction, dedication and leadership quality. He has been a promoter of two educational institutions; Mahatma Vidyalaya for rural school children in Muthanallur and Bangalore Technological Institute, Off Sarjapur. He is committed to provide education opportunities to under-privileged and empower communities based on their interests.
Anupama Gowda
MANAGING TRUSTEE
Anupama is an educator and a social entrepreneur. As Co-founder and Director of Workbench Projects; a public laboratory, makerspace and a Fab-Lab she nurtures innovation in the hardware startup ecosystem. She also heads Yuva Chintana Foundation as a thought-leader and Managing Trustee. She has a double Masters in Business and Gallery Studies in Critical Curating from UK. Currently a research scholar at University of Texas, Dallas.
Aruna C
TRUSTEE
Aruna is a Computer Science engineer, with a Master’s degree in Psychology (HRDM). She is one of the Co-Founders of NumberNagar®, an innovation in Experiential Learning (learning through play and activities) in Maths, English, and Science, for children of ages 5 to 14. She currently heads the R&D team at NumberNagar®. Her core work involves research, design and development of educational products and solutions.

Shivani Bail
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Shivani is a writer with experience as a communications officer in the social sector. She has completed her Masters in Education and has worked as a teacher in two schools before joining YCF. She writes YCF's reports, case studies and newsletters alongside managing its online presence.
Arpith Raj
ADMINISTRATIVE LEAD
Arpit oversees the financial operations of the Foundation. He works closely with all verticals in developing budgets, monitoring transactions and preparing financial reports.
Sushma Gowda
PROJECT MANAGER
Sushma facilitates training and oversees team leaders in the education vertical to achieve their training goals effectively. She oversees performance of teacher facilitators and conducts reviews regularly to ensure all education initiatives of the foundation meet the requirements.
Chidambar Joshi
COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT
Chidambar Joshi is an engineer who works in a big corporation. In his free time he is a popular RJ for Rainbow FM and an expert translator. He helps YCF stay bilingual in a meaningful way by translating important communications into Kannada.
Vinay H S
VIDEOGRAPHER
Vinay is a cinematographer with a number of Kannada films to his credit. He is also an ace photographer and has helped YCF forge its visual identity.
Lohith Kumar
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Lohith is an artist. He often teams up with Vinay to create the graphic content for YCF's videos and other communication material.

Basavanand Mudhol
E-TUTOR YADGIR
Basavanand has completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering. He has worked as a lecturer in a Diploma college and has been a part of the STEM for Girls programme since its inception in 2019.
Bheemashankar
DISTRICT CO-ORDINATOR YADGIR
Bheemashankar has done his M.A. in History and his B.Ed. He is a theatre practitioner and has a vast repertoire of folk songs and stories that he willingly shares with us whenever there is an offline team event. Before joining YCF he worked for four years in the Kalike programme started by Tata Trusts.
Supriya K M
DISTRICT CO-ORDINATOR CHITRADURGA
Supriya has done her B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and her B.Ed. She is a go-getter and does not shy away from difficult tasks. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Mathematics.
Ranjita Gowda
E-TUTOR MYSORE
Ranjita has over 10 years of experience preparing students for the Maths and Science papers of the Class 10 board exam. She even started her own school in Mumbai, which is currently being run by her mother and sister. She has done her M.Sc. and B.Ed. in Physics. In her free time she loves discovering how things work with her daughter.

SCHOOL COACH YADGIR
Chandrakala is a Computer Science Engineer. She knows the basics of Python, Java, SQL and Manual Testing. She loves working with both teachers and students and teaching them about SCRATCH coding.
Savitha Sajjan G
SCHOOL COACH CHITRADURGA
Savitha has completed her M.Sc. in Mathematics. She is a highly motivated and hardworking member of our field staff. In her free time she likes to read newspapers and books, complete small craft projects and play games on her phone.
Annapurna
SCHOOL COACH CHITRADURGA
Annapurna has done her M.Com degree and her B.Ed. She is a tax specialist. She has always been interested in teaching and spent some time as a trainer in a Navodaya entrance coaching centre. She loves being a teacher. When she isn't working she can be found reading books that teach her new skills.

SCHOOL COACH YADGIR
Jyothi has completed her B.Sc. in Mathematics and her B.Ed. She used to run a non-profit and primary school with her husband in their hometown in Koppal district. She is looking forward to honing her skills as a STEM educator.
Sunilkumar H R
SCHOOL COACH MYSORE
Sunil has completed his B.B.M. degree. He spent 5 years in Bangalore in the transport sector and as an advisor in an Insurance company. He joined the SFG team last year and has been taking a keen interest in his work as a teacher-facilitator.

Shivakumar has done his M.Sc. in Physics and his B.Ed. He has over 10 years of experience as a teacher. He has also counselled students as part of his training as a Life Skills Coach by NIMHANS collaborative Yuvaspandana in Chamrajnagara district.

Veerabhadraswamy has done his M.A. and B.Ed. in Sanskrit. He has taught Sanskrit to higher secondary and PUC students for 6 years.
